National Service Delivery Partner - Therapy Supervisors (TS)
For over 20 years, Lizard Centre has been a leader in behaviour support and early intervention across Australia. We provide evidence-based therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions, helping them build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.
As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for a
National Service Delivery Partner - Therapy Supervisors (TS) to help optimise our Therapy Supervisor workforce and ensure we continue delivering exceptional client outcomes.
About the Role
This is a highly collaborative workforce planning role responsible for maximising Therapy Supervisor (TS) capacity across the organisation. You'll oversee workforce utilisation, monitor capacity, and work closely with Intake, Scheduling, Clinical Leaders and Recruitment to ensure Therapy Supervisors are effectively allocated to meet client demand. Rather than managing clients directly, you'll focus on ensuring the right workforce is available in the right place at the right time - supporting both operational efficiency and positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As the National Service Delivery Partner - TS, you will:
- Monitor Therapy Supervisor capacity, utilisation and roster performance across the business.
- Provide guidance to Therapy Supervisors, Intake and Scheduling on available capacity and workforce planning.
- Identify roster gaps and opportunities to increase service delivery.
- Partner with Recruitment, Clinical Leaders and Scheduling to ensure client demand can be met.
- Work closely with the National Service Delivery Partner - TA to align Therapy Supervisor and Therapy Assistant workforce planning.
- Build strong working relationships with Therapy Supervisors while supporting accountability for roster accuracy and agreed service hours.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll contribute to:
- Maximising Therapy Supervisor utilisation within sustainable workforce parameters.
- Ensuring available capacity is clearly understood and effectively communicated across operational teams.
- Reducing service delivery gaps through proactive workforce planning.
- Supporting timely allocation of new and existing client hours.
- Improving collaboration between Workforce Planning, Intake, Scheduling, Recruitment and Clinical teams.
- Helping ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality services.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving operational challenges and bringing people together to achieve the best outcomes.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or service delivery operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence interpreting workforce data and making operational recommendations.
- Experience in healthcare, disability, community services or another service-based environment (highly regarded).
Why Join Lizard Centre?
- Be part of Australia's leading behaviour support and early intervention provider.
- Play a key role in shaping national workforce planning.
- Join a collaborative and supportive leadership team.
- Make a meaningful impact on service delivery and client outcomes.
- Enjoy opportunities for professional growth within a growing national organisation.
