Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals. The Personal Trainer will design and implement customised workout plans, provide one-on-one training sessions, and offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of 1 on 1 personal training sessions
- Program development
- Nutritional advice and coaching
- Implementation of our client-generating strategy including phone calls and our follow up/show-up procedures as well as sales consultations
- Fortnightly reporting for payroll obligations
- Attendance at education sessions
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Certificate IV in Fitness
· First Aid (Level 1)
Working Conditions:
We require that our personal trainers build up to doing a minimum of 20 hours of face-to-face work per week. You will have full autonomy of when you work, you can decide your hours and days as you please within our operating hours of (Mon-Fri 6am-10pm, Sat-Sun 7am-8pm) with the only variable being your client’s availability and preference.
