Senior Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a stand-out Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Finance team. This role requires more than attention to detail and technical proficiency – you will bring a proactive mindset, sharp analytical capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
Play a key, active role in the financial close and reporting cycle, delivering high-quality outputs across internal, statutory, and multiple shareholder reporting requirement
Partner with functional leadership, building trusted relationships and delivering commercial insights that influence decision-making and drive business performance
Oversee financial performance across corporate functions, delivering accurate and timely reporting with clear visibility on cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
Lead budgeting and forecasting across corporate functions, strengthening planning processes and delivering robust, forward-looking financial insights
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency, insight, and control
About the Candidate:
You thrive on challenges, thinking critically, improving processes, and adding value beyond just reporting.
You’ll bring:
CA/CPA qualification
5+ years’ experience in financial / management accounting
Strong grounding in financial reporting, planning, and close processes
A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
Proven experience partnering with the business to influence outcomes and support decision-making
Well-developed analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication, a customer-focused mindset, and stakeholder management skills
