Your Opportunity
As the Lifecycle Campaign Advisor you will:
Leading lifecycle, upsell and alumni marketing activity within TAFE Queensland's statewide campaign program to drive enrolment growth and maximise student lifetime value.
Provide specialist advice on CRM, segmentation and marketing automation to improve campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and optimisation of lifecycle marketing capability across the organisation.
This position reports to the Campaign Manager.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time opportunity.
The position will be based primarily at Mount Gravatt, however you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the lifecycle, upsell and alumni marketing stream within TAFE Queensland's statewide campaign program, managing the planning, coordination and delivery of this specialist area to support student acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and revenue objectives.
Develop, implement and optimise lifecycle campaign activity across the customer journey, including segmentation, personalisation, automated journeys, lead nurturing, re-engagement and remarketing.
Take a hands-on role in delivering lifecycle, upsell and alumni marketing activity, including building, testing, executing, monitoring and optimising campaigns across marketing automation, CRM, email, SMS and selected digital and social media channels.
Use marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, or equivalent systems, to create and manage audience lists, email programs, customer journeys, landing pages, forms, campaign workflows, testing and reporting.
Work directly with CRM, behavioural, campaign and audience data to inform segmentation, targeting, personalisation, campaign design and performance improvement.
Oversee performance reporting for statewide lifecycle, upsell and alumni marketing activity, and provide recommendations to support enterprise decision-making, using analytics and reporting tools including Power BI, CRM reporting, platform dashboards and web analytics.
Provide specialist advice on lifecycle, upsell and alumni campaign design, audience targeting, channel selection, messaging, optimisation and performance across CRM, owned and direct marketing channels.
Drive cross-functional coordination across statewide marketing, digital, data, content, social media and regional teams to support integrated lifecycle, upsell and alumni activity within TAFE Queensland's statewide campaign program, ensuring alignment to enrolment cycles, strategic priorities, product demand, government initiatives and enterprise messaging.
Review and optimise campaign content, advertising messages and customer communications to ensure they are brand-aligned, audience-appropriate, channel-ready and compliant with relevant TAFE Queensland policies, procedures and governance requirements, including brand, advertising, privacy, data, accessibility and messaging standards.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives with measurable enterprise impact, and manage campaign budgets and agency relationships where required to support effective delivery, value for money and alignment with organisational priorities.

How you will be assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:
Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and optimising lifecycle, CRM, upsell, alumni or related direct marketing activity that delivers measurable customer, enrolment or revenue outcomes.
Demonstrated hands-on capability using marketing automation, CRM, email, SMS and/or related digital platforms to build, execute, monitor and improve lifecycle, upsell or alumni marketing activity.
Strong analytical and reporting capability, including experience using data, dashboards, platform reporting and tools such as Power BI to interpret performance and apply insights to improve results.
Ability to provide specialist advice on audience segmentation, targeting, personalisation, customer journeys, campaign design, channel selection and marketing automation.
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, audience-focused and compliant messaging for lifecycle, upsell and alumni activity across CRM, email, SMS and related customer communication channels.
Highly Desirable Requirements
Experience working in CRM, lifecycle or direct marketing roles, including delivery of conversion-focused email and SMS campaigns.
Strong capability in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), with advanced audience segmentation and data analysis skills.
Experience in customer journey mapping, personalisation, and operating as a subject matter expert in lifecycle marketing.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders in complex or service-based environments, with an understanding of enrolment funnels, lifelong learning pathways and government-funded programs.
