Vacancy: Qualified Florist (Permanent part-time)
We are seeking an experienced Florist who can start immediately to join our small team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create floral arrangements, including everyday bouquets, flower arrangements, etc
Manage flower procurement, quality control, care, and inventory to ensure freshness
Consult with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice for custom orders
Support daily shop operations, promotional displays, and general maintenance
Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a florist shop or professional floral design role (Australian floristry experience is highly regarded)
25-35 hours per week
Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service and teamwork skills
Must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident)
