Job Title: NDIS Support Worker - Casual / Flexible Shifts (North Shore Sydney)
About the Role
E&A Support Services is building a reliable bench of experienced NDIS support workers for casual gap-filling shifts across North Shore Sydney. We supply vetted workers to established NDIS day programs, community access providers and SIL houses in the Chatswood, St Leonards, Hornsby and Ryde areas.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting participants in day programs, community access and SIL settings
- Personal care, community outings, skill building and social support
- Filling rostering gaps for established providers at short notice
What you need
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply immediately)
- NDIS Code of Conduct training completed (1 hour online course)
- Reliable transport
- Genuine commitment to participant wellbeing
