We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Services Scheduler to join our team. Based in Margate, you will play a key role in coordinating daily care schedules for our clients and caregivers across the Brisbane North and Caboolture regions.
This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and adjust rosters efficiently to meet changing client needs. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and adjust the fortnightly roster for caregivers

Respond to daily changes and fill shifts as required due to last-minute cancellations or changes.

Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.

Utilize scheduling software to manage rostering efficiently.

Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participation in an on-call roster of one weekday per week and one weekend in every four
About you:
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired

Knowledge of the SCHADS award will be regarded highly

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively while remaining calm and flexible under pressure.

Excellent administrative and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
