Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a variety of construction machinery and equipment, including excavators, loaders, and cranes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks effectively.
- Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver's licence and relevant machinery operation tickets.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
