Restaurant Supervisor - Holly's Bar & Kitchen
Holly's Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our floor and deliver exceptional hospitality every service.
We're not looking for someone who simply runs food and closes the venue. We're looking for a service-focused leader who understands that great restaurants are built on consistency, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading front-of-house service, maintaining our service standards, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
You'll work closely with management to coach staff, uphold our SOPs, and help drive a culture of genuine hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading floor service during busy lunch and dinner services.
- Coaching and developing front-of-house staff.
- Ensuring all service SOPs are followed consistently.
- Managing sections and coordinating smooth communication between floor and kitchen.
- Delivering exceptional table service and guest engagement.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues on the spot.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining presentation standards throughout the venue.
- Supporting rostered managers to achieve service, labour and sales goals.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience supervising in a quality restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant sequence of service.
- Experience working within structured service standards and SOPs.
- Confidence leading and motivating a team during busy services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Current RSA.
- Availability across nights and weekends.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Wine knowledge or an interest in developing it.
- Experience with table service and premium casual dining.
- Experience training new staff.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
