About the Role
Join our friendly, local Click ACS team providing lawn and garden maintenance services to elderly and vulnerable clients under the Commonwealth Home Support Program(CHSP).
This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you’ll help clients keep their outdoor areas safe, tidy, and well maintained, supporting their ability to live independently at home.
This is a Permanent Part-Time position, offering stable weekday hours and long-term employment.
Your Day Will Include
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Pruning, hedging, and basic garden tidy-ups
- Green waste and rubbish removal (as required)
- Following simple task checklists via a mobile app
- Friendly, respectful interaction with clients

Additional Requirements
- Current First Aid HLTAID011 (within 3 years)
- Current CPR HLTAID009 (within 12 months),
or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment (at applicant’s own cost)
- National Police Check(NPC) and Working With Children Check(WWCC) (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
Please Note
This is a daytime-only position, Monday to Friday.
No weekend or night shifts.
Pay & Benefits
- $33–$35 per hour(depending on experience)
- Paid travel time between clients
$0.99/km mileage reimbursement
Paid sick leave and annual leave (Permanent Part-Time)
Lawn and garden equipment provided
- Full insurance and admin support — no ABN required
At Click ACS, we don’t believe in unpaid gaps or out-of-pocket expenses. You’ll be paid fairly for your full day, not just time spent cleaning.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
