What does the job look like?
Lead one of Queensland’s largest transport operations in partnership with a major supermarket customer.
This pivotal role is responsible for leading a large, diverse workforce across a complex, high-volume transport environment. You will shape a positive team culture, foster trusted relationships, and ensure safe, compliant, and reliable service.
Leading a team of 150+ employees across both blue collar and white collar functions (predominantly blue collar), you will guide people and performance with clarity and purpose—creating an environment where teams are aligned, engaged, and set up to succeed.

You can demonstrate
Proven leadership of large transport teams (100+ / 150+ employees), with an inclusive and visible leadership style
Strong logistics or supply chain background, with transport experience highly regarded
Confidence to make clear decisions and set priorities under pressure
Open, authentic communication and strong stakeholder engagement
A track record of leading cultural change that improves safety, engagement, and performance
