About the Role:
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Packers to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn packaging processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack finished footwear products into designated boxes and shipping cartons accurately and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate labels, barcodes, and packaging materials according to product specifications.
- Perform a final visual inspection on products to identify any defects or production issues before packing.
- Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
