About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of administrative and scheduling functions; the provision of leadership and management of the Administration team and to provide administrative support to the Service Manager.
As an Administration Officer, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective and efficient provision of administrative services across the services within the region, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures and systems.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the delivery of administrative services across a designated region
- Effectively lead, manage and develop a regional disbursed team
- Assist to develop and sustain quality administrative functions and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement culture
Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Current National Police Check OR NDIS worker screening
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar (desired)
