About the role
As a Juice Bar and Dessert Café All-Rounder, you will help provide an enjoyable experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include preparing drinks and desserts, taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and supporting other team members.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and answer menu questions Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, shakes and dessert items Present food and drinks neatly and consistently Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments Serve dine-in and takeaway customers efficiently Restock ingredients, packaging and service areas Keep counters, equipment, tables and customer areas clean Wash utensils and complete general cleaning duties Follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures Assist with opening and closing tasks Work closely with the team during busy evening and weekend periods Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for families and customers
What we are looking for
- A friendly, energetic and positive attitude Strong customer-service and communication skills Reliability, punctuality and a responsible approach to work Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods Good personal presentation and attention to hygiene Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays Previous hospitality, café, restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not essential
Training will be provided to suitable applicants with the right attitude.

Availability
