About the role
Build internal operational strength across orders, invoicing support, purchasing, logistics, stores, service coordination and customer/supplier follow-up.
What you will learn and do
- Support order entry, quote-to-order handover, purchase orders, supplier follow-up and customer updates.
- Assist with invoicing preparation, delivery documentation, stock records and service coordination paperwork.
- Coordinate freight bookings, receiving, dispatch, returns, spares and consumables with appropriate checks.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, shared folders, forms, spreadsheets and operational dashboards.
- Help organise stores, service kits, demo equipment, spare parts and supplier/customer records.
- Support operations, sales and service teams to reduce missed follow-ups, delays and incomplete information.
- Identify simple process improvements and document repeatable procedures.
Stage
Expected development
- Primarily Tuggerah office/stores based. Learn order flow, documentation, stock and internal systems.
- Take responsibility for routine ordering, supplier follow-up, logistics bookings, stock movement and selected customer updates.
- Grow into operations coordination, process improvement, purchasing support, reporting and cross-functional sales/service coordination.
- Potential pathway to Operations Manager, commercial operations or broader business management responsibilities.

Essential and preferred requirements
- 18 years or older at commencement due to business environment, equipment handling and potential site/travel requirements.

- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, documents, business systems and data entry.
- Good written communication and confidence speaking with suppliers, couriers and customers.
- Interest in business operations, logistics, purchasing, stock management and customer support.
- Driver licence preferred for occasional business errands or site-support activities.
