About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Cranbourne North. This role involves providing person-centred support to an individual living with disability, helping them achieve their goals while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
- Assist with daily living activities and community access.
- Support participants with psychosocial disabilities in a respectful and empowering manner.
- Build positive, professional relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Complete accurate documentation and follow individual support plans.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification.
- Minimum 6 months' experience supporting people with disability.
- Experience supporting individuals living with schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach to supporting participants.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability Required
Monday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
