About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a participant with community access in Hoxton Park, NSW. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate and enjoys helping others engage with their community. Shift Details • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (2 hours per shift) Key Responsibilities • Providing safe transport and assistance for community activities. • Encouraging social engagement and independence. • Supporting community participation and skill development. • Being a reliable and consistent point of support. Mandatory Requirements • Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance. • Strong English language proficiency to support the participant's communication needs. • Working With Children Check (WWCC). • NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred). • Minimum 1 year experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). • Proven reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
