Join Our Team as an Aged Care Support Worker - Spanish Speaking
In this role, you’ll provide essential assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social support, helping our elderly clients remain comfortable and connected in their own homes . If you’re empathetic, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role :
- Supporting clients during mid-week mornings and afternoons.
- You will be involved in the clients' morning routines
- Completing light household task, meal preparation, shopping assistance, domestic support and PCA
The ideal candidate MUST have :
- Experience working in the Aged Care sector is essential
- Fluent in Spanish ( desired)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
- Driver's license and own a car
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Ability to work independently
- Current Police check/certificate
- Must be comfortable in cooking / household duties
- Willingness to complete short shifts predominantly 2hrs at a time on weekdays
