Iconic Property Services is a Western Australia-based company delivering professional hospitality and property services across multiple sites. Due to business growth and increased operational demand, we are seeking a qualified Hospitality Service Manager to join our team in Perth.
About the Role
The position of Hospitality Service Manager is a full-time, genuine role responsible for planning, organising, directing, and controlling hospitality service operations to ensure high standards of customer service and efficient business performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO Aligned)
- Oversee and manage daily hospitality operations across allocated sites
- Plan and coordinate service delivery to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Liaise with senior management to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate rostering and workforce planning
Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related field)
- At least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience (or 3 years without formal qualification)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple operations in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary between $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
- Full-time permanent role
