About the Role
Join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team as a Senior Occupational Therapist and help people with complex mental health needs achieve meaningful recovery and independence. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver specialist assessments, care planning and evidence-based interventions that support consumers to transition and live well in the community.
This rewarding role combines advanced clinical practice with leadership, supervision and service development. You will provide expert occupational therapy advice, support recovery-focused care, mentor clinicians and students, and work closely with consumers, families and community partners to deliver coordinated, person-centred mental health services.
About You
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about recovery-focused care, clinical leadership and improving outcomes for people living with mental illness.
- Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Deliver complex mental health assessments and care
- Lead, supervise and mentor occupational therapists
- Build strong partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
- Apply recovery-focused, evidence-based practice
