About the Role
We're looking for a warm, customer-focused Retail Sales & Bra Fitting Specialist to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll provide personalised bra fitting consultations, build lasting relationships with customers and help women find products that make them feel comfortable and confident. Full specialist bra fitting training will be provided.
Availability
Approximately 26 hours per week.
Must be available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Additional hours may be available during busy trading periods.

. Develop specialist product knowledge to provide personalised fitting advice and recommend the most suitable products for each customer’s individual needs.
. Confidently guide customers through product options, ensuring recommendations are thoughtful, accurate and aligned with their preferences and requirements.
. Work towards individual and store sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
. Process sales, customer orders and after-sales enquiries with care and efficiency.
. Support smooth day-to-day store operations, including stock management, merchandising and boutique presentation.
. Maintain a high standard of organisation and attention to detail across all boutique activities.
. Maintain the Alexandra Lingerie brand image through professionalism, presentation and exceptional customer care.
. Be an ambassador for the brand by creating a trusted, respectful and personalised experience for every customer.
About You
You:
. Have a genuine passion for helping people and creating meaningful customer experiences.

. Are warm, friendly, confident and empathetic, making every customer feel comfortable, valued and understood.
. Are comfortable working closely with customers in a personalised, one-in-one environment, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected and supported throughout their experience.
. Create a positive first impression and represent the Alexandra Lingerie values with professionalism and care.
. Have at least 1–2 years’ retail or customer service experience.
. Are confident recommending products that genuinely enhance the customer’s experience and meet their individual needs.
. Balance excellent customer service with achieving store sales targets.
. Are eager to learn and develop specialist knowledge in bra fitting, lingerie and customer styling.
. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Work well independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.
. Are organised, proactive and take pride in delivering high standards of service.
. Are comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software.
. Are able to efficiently and accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed records.
. Have experience in fashion, lingerie or premium retail (highly regarded but not essential).
