Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our mobile allied health team. You will provide physiotherapy services in clients’ homes, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clear reports to clients and care managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physiotherapy assessments and treatments in home settings under NDIS & SAH
- Support clients with mobility, balance, strength, and pain management
- Complete clinical reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and care managers
- Promote client engagement and adherence to home exercise programs
Requirements:
- Current Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in home care / community physiotherapy preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver License to travel across Melbourne metro area
- Multilingual skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Italian, Greek) highly desirable
