We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionists to provide administrative and customer service support within our Consulting Suites at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll be instrumental in creating a warm and efficient experience that reflects our commitment to quality care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment.

The ability to converse and be empathetic while managing a busy flow of multiple doctor’s appointment dairy, phone calls, emails etc.

You will have strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologist, administrators, clinical and non-clinical staffs.

Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of Programs

Strong attention to detail and understanding of a specialist practice setting, Medical Terminology are highly desired, though not essential.

Coordinate with staff from other departments.

Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, billing, banking.
You will also bring:

Demonstrated minimum 2 year experience in a hospital/medical administrative position

Experience ideally in Zedmed, is highly desired, though not essential.
