THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Office of the CEO, this position plays a critical role in providing effective and efficient coordination support to the CEO, Homes Victoria. This senior role coordinates and manages the flow of briefs, correspondence, parliamentary business and other information on behalf of the CEO. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and sound judgement, this role has a strong focus on quality assurance, continuous improvement and proactive identification and management of emerging risks and issues.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Coordinate and support timely delivery of submissions, briefings, correspondence, parliamentary business and responses to corporate and government requirements (products) to high standard of quality.
- Undertake and deliver research, coordination activities and other projects on an as-needs basis to a high standard of quality.
- Provide a key point of contact within the Office of the CEO, proactively respond to queries and information requests, provide high-quality information and authoritative advice to stakeholders ensuring advice conforms to relevant guidelines, and take follow up action as required.
