Bring your Skills and Passion
- Lead educator capability development through innovative training programs, career pathways, and performance initiatives
- Bring your VET expertise as an experienced educator with a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Design impactful learning solutions that enhance educator performance and support organisational goals
- Leverage your LMS expertise, including Lumitt or similar learning management platforms, to drive effective learning experiences
- Shape educator capability through data-driven insights, and compliance with RTO Standards
- Influence, collaborate, and inspire by partnering with stakeholders, providing expert advice, and identifying training needs that deliver meaningful outcomes
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
