About the Role
Your Story Community Supports is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Participation Manager to lead our Community Participation division. This full-time leadership position is responsible for overseeing participant services, staff performance, stakeholder engagement, compliance requirements, participant onboarding, and day-to-day operational management.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and support Community Participation staff.
· Conduct regular face-to-face staff supervisions and performance reviews.
· Oversee participant onboarding, service commencement, and transitions.
· Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates.
· Ensure participant records and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
· Coordinate participant reviews and stakeholder meetings.
· Oversee rostering requirements, workforce coordination, and service continuity.
· Review and approve staff timesheets on a fortnightly basis.
· Monitor participant outcomes, funding utilisation, and service delivery quality.
· Review incidents, manage risks, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
· Contribute to service growth, intake processes, and business development.
· Participate in the after-hours on-call roster and manage operational escalations.
Essential Requirements
· Leadership or management experience within disability, community services, health, or human services.
· Strong knowledge of participant-centred practice and service delivery.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
· Experience managing staff performance, supervision, and workforce coordination.
· Strong administration, documentation, and organisational skills.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
· Current Working With Children Check.
· Current Driver Licence.

Pay: From $44.58 per hour
