We're excited to welcome a Senior Advisor to the Workforce Capability Team.
This position undertakes planning, development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, leadership and culture across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCH).

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide high level leadership to the Workforce Capability team to foster a culture of continuous improvement to the quality, quantity and sustainability of training and development programs.
Use relevant tools, strategies and data to proactively partner, advise and coach leaders towards actions that will drive improvements in culture.
Undertake appropriate research to inform the design, development and implementation of contemporary capability building programs that contribute to improving culture and leadership within the organisation.
Remuneration value up to $153 514p.a., comprising salary between $4814.50 - $5157.20p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Fixed term temporary full time for up to 12 months).
