Job Description:
- Expertise on windows 10/11 administration
- Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
- Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
4. Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
5. Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
6. Troubleshooting Office issues
7. Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues
8. Mobile Device Management support
9. Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment method
10. Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
11. Knowledge on one drive
12. Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration.
13. Good communication skills.
Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language
