Administration Team Lead

12-month contract (Maternity Leave cover) commencing August 2026
The Opportunity:
Brightwater is offering a 12-month fixed-term full time contract for a motivated and dynamic Administration Team Lead to join our Brightwater at Home team.
The role:
Reporting to the General Manager Brightwater at Home, you will lead a small, high performing team to deliver accurate, timely and customer focused administrative services. You will ensure the smooth operation of essential business processes, with a particular focus on billing, invoicing, and Support at Home (SAH) claiming activities.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end claiming process for SAH services
- Oversee data entry of purchases, invoices, services and SAH funding
- Oversee timely and accurate date entry of client admissions and discharges within PRODA, ensuring compliance with SAH reporting requirements
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvements activities regarding Brightwater at Home Admin procedures and processes. This includes collaborating with colleagues to facilitate quality improvement activities.
- Training other staff as required in the process and procedures of the Administration team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in an administration position
- Experience with My Aged Care, PRODA, Support at Home and Alayacare ( highly desirable)
- Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse people in an informative, positive and customer-focused manner.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
