Best Pool Supplies, headquartered in Yatala, QLD, is one of Australia's highest-rated pool equipment retailers - operating a thriving e-commerce store and retail showroom, distributing Australia-wide. We've earned the highest ratings among pool shops nationwide on Product Review, and we're proud of that. We're a tight, hardworking team that looks after our customers and each other, and we're looking for someone who'll fit right in.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice and face of BPS - the first point of contact whether a customer calls, emails, messages through one of our online marketplaces, or walks through the showroom door.
This is a fast-paced, multi-channel role. On any given day you'll be fielding phone enquiries, working through a high-volume email inbox, processing online orders, responding to customers on platforms like eBay, and helping walk-in customers in our Yatala showroom. You'll provide product recommendations, technical guidance, and after-sales support across our extensive range of pool and spa equipment. You don't need to be a pool expert; we'll train you.
No two days are the same, and we like it that way. The pool industry is seasonal, with our busiest period running from October to February. Candidates must be available for extended hours and weekend shifts during the summer season to support our retail
showroom and online operations.
