We are looking for a part time receptionist for approximately 20 hours per week. Hours will be primarily week days with the potential for some Saturday hours.

The role:
You will be the first to welcome our clients into the clinic, you represent our team and set the tone for the client experience in person and on the phone. You will use our systems to provide the best customer experience, the most supported environment for the therapists, the most enjoyable working experience for the team (including you!) and optimal business efficiency.
The role has the potential to increase in hours. There is the space to take on more advanced tasks in addition to customer service. We will make the most of your strengths.
