About the Role:
Able-i is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team.
In this role, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting them to achieve their individual goals while promoting independence, confidence, and community participation. You will support clients with daily living activities, develop life skills, and encourage meaningful engagement in social and recreational activities.
As a Support Worker, you will build positive relationships with participants and their families, deliver support in line with individual support plans, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality, consistent care. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of the people you support.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation training module .
- Completion of the Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals training module.
- Completion of the Infection Prevention and Control Awareness training module.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and Car - you may need to transport clients as part of your role
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Atleast 1 - 2 years experience in the supprot worker role

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
