Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part Time Porter at Daydream Island, within the Front Office department. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing assistance with their luggage
- Escorting guests to their rooms and familiarising them with the resort's facilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
- Assisting with valet parking services when required
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhering to safety and security protocols at all times
