About this Position
Love working with data, systems, and people? Join PFD as a National Sales Support Officer and help keep our national key accounts running smoothly through accurate reporting, pricing support, and first-class administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with customers (petrol and convenience) on promotions, deals, pricing
- Prepare and distribute sales, pricing, and performance reports
- Maintain pricing data, contracts, and customer information.
- Support tender submissions and supplier communications.
- Respond to pricing queries and provide data insights to internal teams.
- Assist with trade shows, product launches, and national sales initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in sales support, administration, or operations coordination.
- Comfortable with Microsoft programs such as Word and Outlook
- Fast keyboard key stroke speed an advantage
- Comfortable with intermedia Excel (e.g. pivot tables basic formulas)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
