David Jones is the home of Luxury Beauty, with an offering of the best international Luxury Beauty brands. We are looking for world-class Fragrance Experts, with fragrance experience, who are passionate about bringing these brands to life for our customers. In this role you will act as an olfactory guide, blending scent chemistry with storytelling to match customers with their perfect fragrance.

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Share your passion for fragrance with our customers, inspiring them with your in depth knowledge and recommendations.
- Build warm connections with our customers, actively listening to understand their personality, lifestyle and preferences to match them with the perfect scent.
- Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
- An acute sense of smell and the ability to detect distinct notes, accords, and olfactory families.
- The ability to translate abstract scent profiles and "notes" into compelling, relatable narratives that resonate with customers.
- Experience working within a customer-centric environment, ideally with fragrance.
- The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
- Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
- Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our luxury fragrance brands.
