About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Assistant Brand Manager – Digital is responsible for the day-to-day marketing management of Red Rooster's delivery aggregator channels, including Uber Eats and DoorDash. Acting as the key marketing contact for aggregator partners, you'll coordinate campaigns, manage promotional calendars, support menu optimisation and monitor channel performance. Working closely with Digital, Brand, Operations and agency partners, you'll ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and enjoys turning insights into action.
Key Activities Include
Delivery Partner Marketing
- Manage promotional calendars and campaign execution across aggregator platforms.
- Act as the key marketing contact for delivery platform partners.
- Coordinate new product launches and menu updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Brief, test and launch campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate creative asset delivery with internal teams and agencies.
- Conduct UAT and quality checks to ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor performance and implement optimisation opportunities.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Analyse campaign and channel performance data.
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with Operations, Digital and Brand teams to support delivery.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes.
About You
Essential
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, media, brand marketing or assistant brand management.
- Proven experience delivering digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Desirable
- Experience within QSR, retail, hospitality or agency background.
- Exposure to delivery aggregators such as Uber Eats, DoorDash or Menulog.
- Experience with A/B testing, CMS, loyalty or marketing analytics platforms.
