We are looking for a part-time assistant to join our small and growing business based in Crestmead.
We mainly sell bathroom vanities and bathroom furniture, with work covering online sales, customer service, product updates and some warehouse support.

2 to 3 days per week
Main Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer enquiries by email, phone and online messages
-Answer customer questions clearly and professionally, including product details, delivery updates and order enquiries
-Handle customer concerns or complaints calmly and confidently over the phone
-Updating website product information, pricing and stock levels
-Assisting with order follow-ups, delivery information and daily admin tasks
-Helping with advertising, product content and simple marketing tasks
-Providing light warehouse support when needed, such as checking products, taking photos and coordinating dispatch
Requirements:
Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken
Must be confident answering phone calls and speaking with customers independently
Must be able to write clear and professional customer emails in English
Able to stay calm and professional when dealing with difficult or unhappy customers
Strong communication skills and a responsible attitude
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
Confident using computers, email and basic office software
Able to work independently after training
Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail sales, website management, social media, design or IT will be highly regarded
This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and interested in learning about online retail, customer service and home furniture products. This is not a purely admin-only role. The right person must be confident dealing with customers directly, including phone calls, emails, online enquiries and occasional difficult customer situations.
