As a Specialist in Product Management at Retail Insurance Australia (RIA), youll play a key role in enhancing our Retail Insurance offerings across multiple brands. Youll help design innovative solutions that improve customer experience, drive growth, and strengthen our market positionall while supporting RIAs purpose of making the world a safer place.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You'll Do Lead end to end delivery of product changes, coordinating across teams to implement updates in systems, documentation and customer communications with accuracy and pace . Ensure products meet regulatory and governance requirements by managing compliance activities, resolving risk events and maintaining robust controls across the product lifecycle . Liaise with Portfolio, Claims, Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand current challenges and future opportunities relating to our products and systems.
