Full-Time Receptionist – Vets @ Acacia Gardens
Vets @ Acacia Gardens is seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated veterinary team.
This is a key client-facing role in a busy and supportive clinic environment, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can provide a warm, calm and efficient experience for every visitor and phone enquiry.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Greeting clients and creating a welcoming first impression

Managing phone calls, appointments, and enquiries with professionalism and care

Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure excellent client service

Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Is available for 4-5 days a week including Saturday 8:30-1:30 as part of rotating roster
