ROKA is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our growing team.
We’re building a modern café with Mediterranean and Turkish-inspired cuisine, focusing on fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for creating quality food and maintaining high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
