We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide effective high-level administrative support for our Triage Services Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence in Burwood in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Triage Services Management Team, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Be the initial point of contact for Triage Operations and Clinical Triage teams
- Utilise a wide range of software applications to produce and maintain complex documents, reports, presentations, and other business materials, supporting the operational objectives of the Manager Triage Operations/Manager Clinical Triage
- Coordinate and collate monthly/quarterly operating reports
- Undertake office coordination and procurement including stock requirements of stationery, equipment, and materials, receipt and fulfilment of requests, and processing payments
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess a Certificate IV in Admin or Business (desirable) with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include:
- Extensive experience delivering high-level secretarial and administrative support within large, complex organisations or departments, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional stakeholder engagement
- Strong knowledge of meeting governance and protocol, with proven expertise in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate, comprehensive minutes and action records
- Highly proficient in financial and administrative systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data management, supported by excellent typing accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, applying rigorous checking and validation processes to ensure records, correspondence, and information are accurate, reliable, and professionally presented
