As a Quality Assurance Analyst within Lockheed Martin Australia’s Quality Operations team, you will provide governance and support across programs by contributing to the company’s Quality Management System. This includes process management, auditing, non-conformance resolution, and continual improvement activities to ensure ongoing certification of the Quality Management System and the successful delivery of programs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide active support to programs through functional assistance and operational “reach-back” support.

Assist with program delivery during surge periods and staff absences.

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-level procedures.

Support Quality Leadership in conducting functional and business audits.

Assist in maintaining the company’s audit and non-conformance management system.

Undertake other duties as required to support the Quality Operations team.
About you:
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders
Special Requirements:
