Swick Mining Services
Join a practical, high-trust IT team helping shape the future of Swick’s core information systems.
What you'll be doing
Swick is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve core business systems across ERP, Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms and automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical problem solving, supporting users, and helping technology work better for the business.
You will work closely with global users and stakeholders, contribute to projects and testing, and help shape reliable, fit-for-purpose systems during an exciting refresh of Swick’s information systems environment.
- Support Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and third-party SaaS systems.
- Investigate and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 application issues, including access, data and integration matters.
- Help maintain system configuration, permissions, user onboarding and reliable availability for global users.
- Support Power Apps, Power Automate, digital forms, workflows and approval processes.
- Contribute to system projects, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, upgrades and rollouts.
- Work with stakeholders to identify practical improvements and enhance how systems are used across the business.
About you
You are practical, curious and solution-focused, with strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable moving between support, projects and improvement work, and you take pride in accurate, reliable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and users, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and SaaS systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and adapt across support and project environments.
- Proactive, detail-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required.
- Exposure to the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and experience with system projects or UAT would be highly regarded.
Why you'll love working with us
- High trust, real autonomy and flexible ways of working because we are global and human.
- A practical, down-to-earth team that values progress over unnecessary ceremony.
- The chance to help shape refreshed core systems rather than maintain "how it has always been done".
- A supportive culture with teamwork, humour and a solutions-driven approach.
