Experienced project professional who has worked in a Program management office or in large programs and who can work with large number of BU stakeholders and project professionals to ensure governance and data requirements are met through a centralised program management tool
Program Governance: Provide visible coaching and training for BU Project leaders, project professionals to ensure project management reporting tools and collateral are updated timely and accurate
Design and Implement Project Controls: Support the development of Group wide project control documents for the Strategic Program office
Leadership: Proactively pressure test delivery plans and project collateral (benefit tracking, risk, benefit etc) to ensure information accurate and current with right mitigation in place
Problem-Solving: Support teams in resolving challenges by coaching and encouraging innovation, curiosity, and effective problem-solving techniques
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain active and transparent communication that tailors to variations across the project teams to ensure alignment
Support Excellence: support development & implementation of improvements to project controls, systems, tools, and templates, to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Project disciplines: Demonstrate adaptability and transparency in managing multiple pieces of work and deadlines, while effectively navigating a large, fast-paced matrix organisation and influencing stakeholders. Preferably has experience managing the governance and reporting through enterprise wide project management tools including migrating data from multiple tools into a single Program management tool
Data-Driven : Able to use data through project management tools to provide insights for decision-making and process improvement
Team Dynamics and Ethos: Experienced in working with multiple project teams across multiple business units and supporting teams from inception through delivery. Able to be self-starter with minimal supervision
Collaborative and Empowering: Fosters a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving
Results-Oriented: Facilitates open communication, values diverse perspectives, and drives results in alignment with company values and the bottom line
Program Governance: 2+ years' experience establishing and maintaining robust governance and project controls for complex programs
Project Delivery: Proficient in multiple delivery (waterfall, agile) methodologies and ability to tailor approach
Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and maintains strong relationships and communication across the project teams, including senior leaders and external partners
