The Privacy Reforms Program is an enterprise-wide three-year program that has been established in response to Privacy risks and regulations continuously evolving. In Australia, the recent reforms passed last year introduced new obligations coupled with heightened penalties. It is pivotal that we remain proactive in our approach to ensure we meet these new obligations and increasing community expectations.
We are seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Analyst to join our Privacy Reforms Program. In this role you will be responsible for providing clear, dependable program visibility that enables proactive management, supports effective stakeholder alignment, and keeps delivery on track. The PMO Analyst optimises program visibility, governance and controls across the program / project. Ensures the quality and timeliness of program / project information for reliable reporting.

Work Hours: Full-Time What will your day look like?
Prepare consolidated Program and Project Status Reports, Control Group and Steering Committee packs.
Maintaining consistent reporting standards, ensuring high quality information across all workstreams and stakeholders.
Preparing executive ready dashboards and materials that strengthen governance, visibility, and stakeholder confidence.
Collaborating closely with PMs and leads to align updates, reduce rework, and improve reporting efficiency.
Maintain and support of the necessary processes, templates and tools to be used by the program / project.
Establish, maintain and report on program / project financials, issues, risks, changes and dependencies, deliverable performance and sign off, program / project metrics
Co-ordinate program / project meetings together with agendas, pre-meeting material, minutes, track attendance, monitoring and reporting on actions.
Actively identify, track and address potential slippage to key deliverables, issues, risks, changes, cost overruns and dependencies together with respective team members to address.
Administrative support for projects (i.e. team meeting preparation, minutes, general administrative requests etc.).
Utilise processes and systems to ensure financial transactions are correctly reconciled and coded.
What will you bring?
Previous in-depth experience (5+ years) as a PMO Reporting Analyst or similar position
Ability to clearly communicate project status, risks, and insights to various stakeholders, and produce concise, accurate reports and dashboards.
Strong capability to analyse project performance data (budget, schedule, risks) and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of Program/Project Management frameworks, project governance, and the discipline to enforce standards, templates, and compliance across projects.
Strong understanding of delivery models, including phases, artefacts, and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, to support effective project and portfolio control.
Understanding of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues to ensure project stability and informed decision-making.
Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and PPM - portfolio management systems for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
