Position: Female Disability Support Worker
Client: Male participant in his 40s

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a male participant in his 40s. The successful applicant will assist with personal care, manual handling, and overnight sleepover shifts while promoting the participant's independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance in a respectful and professional manner.
- Perform manual handling tasks safely, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Support the participant with daily living activities as required.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in disability support or a similar care role.
- Confidence and experience with personal care and manual handling.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
