About the role
Pick N Go Vending Pty Ltd is seeking dependable, proactive casual Vending Machine Filler & Picker to join our South East Queensland operations.
This is a dual-role position that plays a vital part in our daily operations, combining the responsibilities of both Vending Machine Picker and Filler. Flexibility is essential, as you'll move between these two key functions to help ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
When working in the Vending Machine Filler role, your rostered shifts will commence at 5:00am. When rostered as a Vending Machine Picker, your shifts will begin at 3:00pm. Rosters are provided in advance, with casual hours typically ranging from 25–35 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.
This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You'll be trusted to accurately pick products, replenish vending machines, maintain our service standards, and ensure every delivery meets our quality expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to a positive experience for our clients and the people who use our vending services.

What you'll be doing
- Picking and preparing products for vending machine run
- Restocking the vending machines with a variety of snacks, drinks and other products
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of the vending machines to ensure they operate correctly
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and service standards
- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting minor machine issues
- Providing friendly and professional service to our clients and end users
- Supporting warehouse and general operational tasks as required, including the collection of stock
- Adhering to all health, safety and operational procedures

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexibly to meet service requirements
- Confident working autonomously while also collaborating effectively when required
- Practical mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn basic vending machine maintenance
- Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to safely lift, move, and restock products
- Previous experience in vending machine servicing or stock replenishment is highly regarded.

To be successful in this engagement, you will:
- Hold a full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Have minimum 3 years’ driving experience, with confidence operating a commercial van
- Have unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia
- Hold, or be willing to obtain prior to commencement, a National Police Check
- Be a clear and attentive communicator with good listening skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, while liaising effectively with others as required
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and personal accountability
- Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering quality service
- Be available Monday to Fridays
- Be able to start work at 5:00am and 3.00pm, depending on rostered day.
