Full-Time Renderer & Solid Plasterer (2 Positions Available)
Marqcon Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced and motivated Full-Time Renderers and Solid Plasterers to join our growing team based in Sydney, NSW.
Marqcon specialises in precast concrete repairs, patching, skimming, rendering, remedial works and construction labour services across residential, commercial and large-scale construction projects throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Sydney, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required
About the Role
The successful applicants will work across a variety of projects and locations, including precast concrete manufacturing facilities, residential developments, commercial buildings and large-scale construction sites.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Applying render, solid plaster and skim coat finishes to a high standard.
- Patching and repairing precast concrete panels and surfaces.
- Skimming and finishing precast concrete elements.
- Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning and defect rectification.
- Mixing and applying repair mortars, renders and associated materials.
- Working from plans, specifications and project requirements.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborating with site supervisors, builders and project teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Renderer, Solid Plasterer or similar trade.
- Certicicate III in Solid Plastering
- Experience in precast concrete patching and repair work is highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Current Driver’s Licence preferred.
- Ability to work across multiple project sites throughout Sydney and surrounds.

Salary: $79,499 – $82,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
