Three-Month Internship | Potential Ongoing Employment
Studio NinetyFour is looking for a creative, confident and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our growing boutique Reformer Pilates studio for three months.
This opportunity is ideal for a marketing, communications or social media student or recent graduate who wants hands-on industry experience. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to progress into an ongoing paid position after completing the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and creating content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Film and edit engaging Reels, videos and behind-the-scenes content
- Help manage the studio’s social media content calendar
- Research current Pilates, fitness, wellness and social media trends
- Develop creative ideas to promote memberships, Intro Offers and studio events
- Support campaigns designed to generate leads and attract new clients
- Assist with influencer outreach, brand collaborations and local partnerships
- Capture content during classes, events and photoshoots
- Write engaging captions and promotional copy
- Engage with the studio’s online community and respond professionally to comments and messages
- Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improvement
- Support the founder and wider team with general marketing activities
About You
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in marketing, social media, communications, public relations or a related field
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Familiar with Canva and video-editing platforms such as CapCut
- Creative and able to identify emerging social media trends
- Strong written and spoken English
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable approaching people for content
- Comfortable filming, photographing and directing instructors and clients
- Organised, reliable, proactive and able to meet deadlines
- Passionate about Pilates, fitness, wellness, fashion or lifestyle branding
- Open to feedback and excited to develop new skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interested in growing with Studio NinetyFour beyond the internship
