Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administration professional looking to make a meaningful difference in healthcare? An exciting opportunity exists to join the Liverpool Mental Health Inpatient Unit as an Administration Officer Level 2.
In this key administrative role, you will support the Nursing and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) while ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative services across the unit and the broader Liverpool Mental Health Service. Your contribution will be vital in supporting patient care through effective coordination, communication, and administrative excellence.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality administrative support within a mental health service.
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or community setting, with availability to work Monday to Friday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with consumers, families, carers, and staff.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using electronic systems and databases.
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful care, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
